  • Improve device ecosystem by analyzing disparate user-data collection channels (SQM, Watson, PSS, OCA, etc.) and providing feedback to partner product teams concerning key issues.
  • Work closely with product group test teams to ensure that issues in drivers and hardware are identified on a timely basis and driven to the appropriate resolution.

  • Defined and prioritized new features for Windows color management and ensured that IHV/ISV and customer requests were translated into a focused strategy for enhancing the experience of color management on Windows.
  • Worked across organizational boundaries - with other internal groups and with external hardware, software and technology partners to ensure that Windows color management features were properly supported both inside and outside of Microsoft.
